Amazon AWS automatic re-pricing tool

We are looking for a developer to write some sort of Amazon re-pricing program , which needs to be easy to use . Ideally with a GUI . We need to be able to specify lowest price and maximum price for our individual ASIN inventory catalog products. Program needs to check prices of our inventory items against our competition , one by one and adjust pricing automatically based on rules we will define. Program needs to run in a loop, so as soon as it finishes one pass of all our inventory items, it will start again, ie maintaining that we are the cheapest on Amazon for our inventory items . ( Obviously if we have stock and within pricing rules we will set ) I believe there is some delay for prices to update on Amazon , so there may need to be a small delay in between each pass of scanning the prices. Say 10 minutes or so.. For example , 10p cheaper than nearest competition , or a % figure etc . It also needs to check competitions prices and adjust price upwards accordingly if need be ( Based on the minimum - maximum pricing we set ) , so product is not always sold at rock bottom pricing if there are no other sellers currently , or they have depleted their stock and their entry vanished from the sellers list for that particular item. It does not need to check pricing for the inventory items that has quantity as zero. It needs to alert us either in a log or via other means, if the minimum pricing we set for any particular product was not sufficient enough for us to be in blue buy box for that product , ie we are not cheapest , ( because our competition has lower price ) , so we may revise our minimum pricing for it if need be. We need to be able to install this program on 2 or 3 PCs , obviously they will not need to be running simultaneously. ie , during day it maybe running on a office PC and night-time it may run on a laptop.. We need to see log outputs to either Excel or Text file of price change history . ie which product line prices have been reduced and which have been increased. There may be a couple of small add-on features might have forgotten to add here but probably nothing complex, basically above is pretty much most important part. Please bid only if you can start on the project straight away and are familiar with what is required to complete the task above .
