Basic OsCommerce Customization, FAST & CHEAP!

I'm looking for someone to take a fresh install of the newest OsCommerce and modify the template to somewhat match the colorscheme of a pre-existing logo. A friend of mine wants to give his wife a website for her birthday, she sells purses and handbags that she crafts from home so her family can do a few fun things on the weekends. It's far from a professional site, but he asked that I get something up and running for her quickly. Her birthday is this weekend. He's not looking to spend a great deal of money, but will gladly pay to have the site modified a bit so it's not so "generic" or stock looking. I'm looking for someone who is very familiar with oscommerce, the job itself should only take a few moments for someone with prior oscommerce experience. The finished product should be clean, match the logo\theme, and incorporate a few test items (photos and descriptions provided) so we can see the cart in operating action.
