Basic SEO product shopping Site Needs to be Built

Looking for someone to build me a basic site, similar to seomegaboost.com. Landing page with graphic and some company info, top toolbar with drop downs about services offered (about 12 services), "About", "Contact", a search bar would be handy too. People also need to have the option to purchase the different SEO packages so a cart or page to show them what they're purchasing. Need to integrate my paypal with purchases too. It's basically the same general layout as seamegaboost, however I want mine to look more professional (no cheesy smiley faces and typos), each services face will have a logo and text. That's it in a nutshell! Thanks! :) *will be re-vamping site after a couple trial months so I'd love to hire the same person if it was a job well done!
