Build Website 2.0 - Database Driven Site, CMS

I am looking for a person or team who can develop a cleanly designed, web 2.0 site that is built on quality, scalable code. The site should be built according to my specifications (a detailed requirements document including mock-ups and written requirements will be provided). I am a former internet product manager of 10 years, so I feel confident that you'll be given the details you'll need to build the site and QA it. I will list an overview of the project components below to give a sense of what functionality is needed. In all honesty, the site will be simple to use and should have less than 25 pages in total. I have optimized the layout to keep functionality simple and uncomplicated. WEBSITE DESIGN The page flow and basic information architecture will be provided in the form of mock-ups. The pages are illustrative to show how the content should layout, where navigation resides, and to provide marketing text. Logo is already designed. Design effort by contractor should be minimal and will focus on making the illustrations reality: Creating CSS: establish fonts, colors, borders, etc. Creating any small graphics: buttons, rounded corners, etc. Ensuring consistent content/graphic alignment throughout site I am open to receiving suggestions on improving look/feel based on my designs. KEY FUNCTIONALITY User registration (basic) User can create a new account consisting of username, password, email (i.e. My Account) User can opt to login using Facebook Connect Utilize captcha validation during registration User content creation (basic) Users create a detail page on which they can add/edit content User can compose/edit content (short articles) and upload photos to the detail page Admin control over content/users – I don’t want to build anything if it can be managed in PHPmyAdmin. Content Display Content can be browsed from newest to oldest (w/pagination); no search functionality at this time Content detail page displays icons for social networking sharing Site visitors may post comments on detail pages (i.e. Guestbook) Paypal Subscriptions API Integration Utilize recurring subscriptions to allow payment and access to content creation tools Provide display in My Account for subscription expiration, renewal, cancellation. Display of user content based on whether a user is currently a paid subscriber Automatic emails (basic) New account welcome message Password retrieval message Reminder message Reporting Implement google analytics to monitor site traffic and performance Log clicks for some content in order to power ‘popular content’ feature Scalability Code should be clean and up to current standards (!) Site should allow for concurrent users registering, editing, etc. WEB HOSTING I intend to use GoDaddy for web server hosting which I have not used previously. It allows for either an MS or Linux server depending on what I choose to subscribe to. QUESTIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE FREELANCERS Can you provide examples of similar work demonstrating both your design work and development work on database driven websites? What technologies would you envision using to build this project? I'm wanting to understand your rationale as I've seen people who duct tape together a site using wordpress and that is NOT what I'm looking to do here. In addition to your bid price, I'm curious of your estimate for time to build and process for me to review work along the way?
