Build a Website

Hello all, We would like to get a quote for a project on a Fundraising Website that look similar to [login to view URL] What we need for the website? 1. A site with static contents, registration form, payment gateway and fundraising page 2. We are allowed to make changes via database or admin interface on the static contents 3. The site will create a fundraising page for an individual / team automatically once it received a valid registration that match with certain rules 4. All the registration data, payment details will be captured to the database and we are able to collect them either through admin interface or Mysql Workbench directly 5. A site with either Asiapay or Paypal payment gateway 6. Website maintenance for up to 6-months after sales 7. Software testing before launch (eg. registration form, payment gateway, contents etc) As we are a NGO based in Hong Kong, and this is a recurrent project, we hope we can find someone that can build up a long-term relationship with us.
