Build a website similar to Airbnb/Wimdu but offers a different product and has a different layout.

The similarities will be in style, and presentation of web pages and feel, with my own twist as well as ease of use. The basic layout, structure and great functionality. Your expertise is what I am looking for here. This will not have the number of listing that a Wimdu has, it will be much smaller, and have 100 to 5000 listings of a different product entirely. Once we have the layout and functioning working right, then onto the design is best. There will be forums and blog similar to Etsy. Layout and function are key obviously, with simplicity. I am looking for a skilled team that will work with me to get the site right. I will be looking for a skilled person to work with for ongoing support, making changes, and site maintenance.
