CRM & Design Modification

Our small company in Medellin, Colombia, South America. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in PHP & database administration. Applicants must have the following attributes: Speak Very Good-Excellent speaking and written English Have a stable Internet connection from home Able to produce fast & impressive results on a daily basis Have a Skype account and also be able to do video calls at least 1 a week Be able to work Monday-Saturday via the internet Job Role & Things to do: Improving and constantly modifying our company CRM (in PHP) so that it meets the needs and requirements of our staff. Reviewing and improving security measures constantly. Excellent designing should also be a key skill and this should be reflected in your work Making the CRM a more user friendly platform Adopt a effective reporting section for the administrator to calculate and review daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work flows. Change the design on all logins and areas within the CRM Keep the design consistent in all areas on the CRM Make sure all logins to the CRM have at least 2 security questions in order to gain access The CRM should only work on specific IP addresses (static IP) and not any random IP address. Also certain countries should also be restricted from accessing the Domain. The CRM be broken link free if and when found. The administrator should have the ability to add, delete and block users. The administrator should also have the ability to see data en real time (refresh rate every 15 seconds or less if possible) Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and year reports should be available to the administrator for sales and status of sales. The administrator should have the ability to filter customer depending on statuses. The administrator should have a simple and clear list of every users login details and also the ability to edit the login details. A log should be available to the administrator bassed on every users movement. The administrator should have the ability to have reports email automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The administrator should have the ability to filter each of the 8 login accounts data bassed on specific criteria. Changes in some administrator and on the sales form will need to be made.
