We have all the (PSD) design completed. The previous guy has began porting the template to our script, an english version of this: [login to view URL] However, he is unable to finish the task. Meneame is not template-based, so some experience with PHP is preferred. I don't think programming skills is necessary.
The task requires image splicing and css scripting, where you need to be a CSS expert.
