Change the wordpress theme

I need simple change on a WordPress theme you can see at [login to view URL] 1. coloring must be changed to look like [login to view URL] (black background, change font colors). 2. both right sidebars (ads sidebar and right most sidebar) must be removed and main text area made wider to fill that area Also, you will need to implement a password protection to the blog directory and all subdirectories (use some script that will request username and password to access main directory and all subdirectories of the blog). Usernames and passwords must be pulled from a mysql database.
