CodeIgniter: Private Messaging System

I'm looking for a Private Messaging System for my CodeIgniter Application. It should be installed via a library, plugin or spark. [Although a library is preferred] All preferences should be kept within a configuration file. The database type is expected to be MySQL; A user management system is not necessary [Utilizing Ion Auth] CSS styling is not needed, I have a color scheme for my website that I will incorporate. The system requires: Multiple recipients, Sent messages, Drafts, Message statuses [e.g. read / unread], Threaded messaging, and a Trash bin. Optional features may include: Jquery & Ajax, Message filtering, Message search, Starred or Favorited messages Tools that may assist with the development are DataTables, Ion Auth, and JQuery UI
