Complete my website

Hi freelancers, This is an urgent project. I have built a website in Wordpress, but am encountering some problems, mostly with the menu. As you will see on [login to view URL] the submenu on the left in the sidebar is an accordion menu. Please view the attached files to see the different states of this submenu. My problem is to get the menu to work exactly as in the designs. Another thing i need fixed is the height of the pages. The height of the page needs to be dependable of the content. At the moment the pages have a fixed height, but as you will see on pages with little content there is a lot of white space left below the content. The pages should have a variable height. Rules: 1. winner need to be able to start immediately; 2. project needs to be finished before this friday 8th of january; 3. payment after project completion; 4. communication thru email, but i prefer MSN or Skype 5. honest person!!!
