Crashed Wordpress Need Quick Help

Hostway is my hosting right now. They have a one-click install. I was working away on it..and messed with something on my wordpress admin and poof..everything crashed. Can't even log in to admin. Need someone to help get me running! He said something about tables needing to be removed in mysql or something. So even if I tried to reinstall it won't work..according to him. It's all over my head. Need help asap!
