Create Framework/CMS/Remake existing php website.

We want a complete remake of the code for the site with new functionalities added, and the existing ones improved. The basic design should stay the same. You will however update/improve all images and the header to create a more uniform look. You will also incorporate lightbox like effects and Ajax on login forms, registration etc - so the site becomes more "web 2.0", that last "touch" to the design to make it exceptional, user friendly and more alive The user should be able to Get information about the service, register for the website and be able to Try the service for a period of time, be able to purchase the service and get an easy overview of their account details. The user will also get our newsletter with the option to opt out. The userinformation is handled through MySQL,. Most functions are written already, and documented and I will show you the code when we get that far. You will also create a mobile version of the site. The site is currently built using CSS/XHTML, Jquery/javascript and PHP - and the code has become rather messy over time... Therefore you will remake the code and build a custom framework with CMS functionality for our site using OOP PHP and standard methods of coding - well documented and structured code is a must. You must also use Agile Development as the task is built around many small tasks with their own time perspective and priority, An Admin interface to the site is also needed, with diferent user groups having access to certain areas. Areas are: User Administration (basic CRUD, etc) Site Administration (CMS etc) We await your offer and ideas on the creation of the site. This is a long term project for the right partner.
