Hello, I am not a programmer and I need a web developer to help me design and create a prototype for a web site. I can’t post the full site description and ask for a bid because I need to make some tests and discuss with the programmer first. That’s why I need a freelancer to help me out with an hourly fee at first. The web site I need to create is an image gallery similar to Pinterest, this are some features that the site must have: - responsive design that works on PC and mobile - infinite scroll - smooth layout effects - be able to post the images in social media - batch image upload with metadata for adding tags - backend with statistics on image views - backend to prioritize how the images are displayed Please bid ONLY if: - you know how to implement this features in a web site - have patience and good comunication skills So we can discuss how this project could be implemented (pros and cons, best technology, hosting, etc.), and then create it.
