Create Penny Auction site, something similar to Beezid

Hello. I need to have a Penny Auction site installed. It needs to be very similar to [login to view URL] with a few minor changes. I would like people to be able to be given free bids each day that they log in, also they would get free bids each time they refer a friend who signs up. I have a server that I will put this on, I use InMotionHosting as my host so their severs are very robust and have all the newest things. I would like someone who knows about penny auctions and how to make the change I have asked for, if the script they have does not have it already. The best solution would be someone who has a script that does everything that I need and they simply need to install it on my server. We would like a script with a good backend that is simple to use and simple to add products. It also should have a nice frontend similar to beezid or quibids. Any script that is used can not have a locked footer.
