Create animation statestics

Hello Everyone, I am looking for someone who can create an animation webpage for me. The software should be as a drag and drop, by that, it should be possible for me to drag a statestic to the page and customize both the values on the X and the Y akse. When it have been made, I can drag the dataline and set markeds where it have to be. When it have been choosen I should choose how many secound it should take before the animation is done.
