We are a car valeting company that predominantly works with motor dealership clients at several different sites/locations. We need a web-based valet booking system creating for dealership users to enter details for each valeting job (mainly from drop down lists of preset options that can be specific to each site). These jobs will then be displayed in a listing for the relevant valeting site to view and mark off as completed and for the dealership users to see their outstanding workload. There should be separate groupings of the different valeting sites/dealerships (currently 4 valeting sites working for 15 different dealerships). Username and password controlled access will be necessary both for the individual dealerships and for each valeting site carrying out their work, together with a central administration screen where we can amend the default booking options for each dealership, add new dealerships/valeting sites, etc). The overall design and layout should be as user-friendly as possible and ideally follow our company theme in terms of colours etc ([login to view URL]). Once the initial project is complete I would anticipate there being the opportunity for further enhancements and revisions of the system in the future. Hopefully I have provided a good general overview of what is required but just let me know if any further clarification is needed to make accurate bids.
