Current Website Expansion

Hi , I need the following work on a current site completed: Add a new tab to the options bar along the top called training When you click on training it drops down like my current site does with "media" The user has 2 options- Gyms and Tournaments Gyms opens as a hompage with the option Canada or USA Within Canada you can select a province and see what Gym are in the province You can also submit a form to add a gym All the same feature can be used for USA but it's the States not provinces There is then a similar setup for the Tournaments section All additions to Gyms or tournaments is subject to my approval before being posted so there need to be a feature for that as well as the same captcha used on [login to view URL] website.
