Design Actor's Website in U.S.

I am interested in having a website developed (from scratch, including hosting, etc.) for an actress. I have some sketches of what I have in mind, colors and content. I have attached a sample for concept only as the paisley ground is not intended for actual use only for concept. I have attached 2 additional files of paisley backgrounds that I would also be interested in as a concept and in the color scheme of Dusty Rose and Charcoal. It would have about 8 pages. One as home page and some brief info, second for her bio, 3rd for the resume, fourth for multi media (streamed videos, reels, voice clips and fifth for photos, sixth for news, press and seventh for a blog, social media info and 8 for contact information. I have her domain name and would like to know if the hosting site webhostinghub would work for the site. I like sites that offer enough excitement yet are clean, understated and uncluttered. can we please discuss the project that I have in mind and perhaps I can email the sketched concept of how I would like the pages to look (rough concepts for I would definitely invite your artistic and professional input as well as knowledge.) I understand that our communication would be via email and telephone. i would like to have a blog and social media interraction because it would be for an actor, also it needs to be able to be updated? What would the design fee be?
