change back ground color of my site and add a few graphics

i need some one to go in and change my back ground color for me to 999ff and ffb6c1 i think is the colors they kind of fade into each other the way that i want it in any event it has to be changed from red i dont like it and some one who can make me a banner would be nice i have one i am not crazy about it tho i also need some one to change a few button names for me this person should be willing to wait for payment untill project is complete i will pay them 25.00 to change the back ground and i will pay them 50 if they can make me a banner and i will pay them 25 to change the buttons i know that it does not take much time to do those things the person or people should be able to do this for me today or within one day as it is not much work involved at all .so all in all this project is only a 100.00 but should probably take no longer than 45 minutes to do this as in my control panels they are easy to access and find if you know what you are doing ...if this is done corrctly then i will have a much larger project for that person that pays more
