creloaded 6.2 modified to work on mysql5 / php5

I require a copy of creloaded 6.2 (with latest patch) modified to work on my web server which has mysql 5 and php5 as this is not supported by creloaded. The sucessful bidder will have access to a web hosting account on my server to upload and work on creloaded. I will also require a copy of the ammended creloaded at the end of the project.
