A question and answer type site

Outline: A website where a user can sign up post a description about themselves, an image, and answer questions that people ask them. Users must be able to sign up and ask other users questions, and to post a description and picture of themselves. When asked a question or responded to this must email the user. Users must be able to choose the option to post anonymously or not. Questions and answers by users must have a voting option (like karma) which sorts the most interesting questions and answers. Users "dashboard" must show the questions, answers etc that they have posted in one place.
