A registration form/site with admin.

I need an member registration site for [login to view URL] The website will just be a katalog for the administration with profiles on people. The frontend will be an registraton form, that will let people register to the katalog. where people send infomation about them selv, a picture and a video, throu the registration form, it will automaticly make an profile that only will be visable to the administration. The members will not be able to log inn or anything. The registration form have to contain: Full name: (most have) Male/female:(must have) Age: (must have) Email: (must have) Mobile: About: Send picture : (must have) Send video: Simple clean and easy to use. the header at [login to view URL] will be used at the form. The adminpanel can be white and clean. the profiles will show the profile picture and the info recived When someone register we will contact them and ask some more questions, we there for need to have more things that we can fill out about the user in the admin panel on the users acount: City: Have children: Want children: Have been married: Wants to bee married: Looking for in a partner: Celebrity crush: And also a place where we can make ekstra notes. We should be able to surch for users through name, age, sex, and city.
