Automated Text and Image Merging

We are in need of a desktop software which can merge image and text. Below are the steps 1. User will select an image 2.? User should be able to identify the area on the image where he can place the text 3. User should be able to apply all photoshop filters and effects to the text. 4.? then user will select a .csv where there are several names(say some 100? names in a .csv) 5. When a user clicks on create images. System should generate images with name of each person in .csv with the effects and filters selected. ## Deliverables I have attached images, in the way I need final images. Eg: In the image there is name 'Surya'. there will be several such names in .csv file. When I supply .csv to the application it should create images with text and effects same as 'surya' in the example
