Automatics smsing for windows mobile using Mortscript

Using mortscript on a Windows mobile 6.1, i would like a scripts written The first is to constantly send sms's to a defined mobile number . As many as possible per hour , every hour , every day with a counter of total smses sent I would like the content of the smses to be sequential numbers e.g. first sms "1" second sms "2" and so forth. and memory so the script can be stopped and resumed at any time without resulting in the numbering starting at 1 again If you know of a better way of doing it outside of mortscipt im open to any suggestions Cheers
