Does anyone know of a program that will watch a binary file, print it's contents in hex and ascii to the screen and highlight changes in that file as they are made by an external process?
I don't need anything more fancy than just watching the file and dumping the data, with perhaps the most recent change highlighted. Note from RAC: For the protection of all parties concerned, RAC does not allow the posting of the solution to a project before funds are escrowed.
