Craigs Lists- auto posting

I want to create a program that can post ads for me on Craigs List automatically or with as little time as possible to .It should post the ads daily and it should be able to pick a different ad each day because Craigs List does not allow the same post daily. I have an account with Craigs list so it may have to do it through my account. I am not sure. We may have to create a database of ads to choose from so it can be a different ad everyday. It should also be able to pick the city it posts. Here is a copy of one ad i just posted by hand <[login to view URL]> , I do not how to do this so any ideas you have that will make it work i will listen to.
