Database to merge with Office docs

Hi there, I am looking for someone to set up a database for me so I can keep contact information in it and merge that information into an excel report and word templates. The contact information will at times be linked to other contacts and I will only pull certain ones for certain reports. This is all done manually right now and am looking to speed up the productivity via the merge. Additional Info.. What we do is send out notifications to landowners within a certain radius about facilities our client is adding in the area. We have to submit this report of who we sent the notification to and when to satisfy licencing requirements. The example I have attached is just a brief example - they usually contain at least five times the amount of people (some reports can be up to 10 pages long)- sometimes landowners have other people who rent their land and we have to notify them as well which means the people need to be linked in the system by perhaps a tab that lists the lands they own? What I'd like to do is go through the contacts and select the ones who are applicable for that report, pull their contact info out of the database and merg it to the attached report. I also need it to merge into a word document of labels for the envelopes to be mailed (less fields for this part). Eventually, if all goes well, I would look at using this database to merge into further legal documents for our client. Please let me know what other information I can provide to you. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is all needed to run on Windows XP and Office 2003.
