adding FTP server clients IPN (for openware ltd)(repost)

I got an FTP server that is windows based where users can upload/download files. I must add the users manually with username and password after they have payed for access. And I want to get this prosess automated. I want users to enter in username and password in a form on a given website and pay for it. They receive an email to validate the username and password. After validating the email adress they will be given access to the ftp server. This will require an sql database ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Admin panel with password to change: ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Possible to change the payment amount. ? (on/off)? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Possible to change access time (one day only, montly, a year) ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Lost username/passwords (payment on/off for this option, changeable amount) If you got an better idea, please let me know :) I can change the server os/ftp server client if needed regards Inge
