C# & TCP Send & Receive Info

I need a simple C# and PHP code to be created to allow string to be sent back and forth. I have created a TCPClient, and received a message in the C# desktop application from a php script on my server ok. Now I want my C# application to send back a string to the php script. Examples or full code. The attached C# code file is my current TCP receiving. The attached rar file contains the php file that currently sends the info. The final doesnt have to be in php for the web part, but it is what I am familiar with. if a different way is better let me know. I cannot run ASP.NET on my server though because of host restrictions. ## Deliverables I am tied to php, but C# is a must. Also if you know how to access and edit values on a remote mysql server from the desktop C# application I would like to know.
