antivirus for windows desktop

this is a personal project. i need it for submission in my college. i need an antivirus for windows [login to view URL] should be able to detect common boot sector and win32 viruses.i have a limited low [login to view URL] software doesnt have to be very [login to view URL] it shuold work well with most common and ome recent viruses. virus,spy ware removal, if possible is also desirable. there shud be an updater.. though it wont be really updatesd ever. plz bid as soon as [login to view URL] looking forward to ur offer.
