Built a Wordpress Website Using My Domain I own hosted on Godaddy.

My doman is registered through Godaddy. I had wanted to create a custom website but have learned that the cost to do that is very high which we can't afford. I have decided that I want to build a website through Wordpress. I would like the home page to look like Zacorn Sample Look document (the colors can be the same but the concept and general look is what I'd like. Very simple with a place order button below which takes you to a simple place order page that has 10 or so fields to fill out. I realize that this won't rank well in search engines. We expect all of our all traffic to be personally driven by us. We want the website to look good on an ipad. I do NOT want this website to look like any standard Wordpress template website. I want it to look professional and not cheap. Based on the Zacorn Website idea document shows the pages I want on the top row. Appraisal Products/Product Comparison/ The "Z" Difference/About Us/ Place Order. Appraisal Products: [login to view URL] we want to provide the same information as including the icons for reports and report sample PDFs. Product Comparison: [login to view URL] we want to provided the same information as presented on this page. I would like the look and feel to match our website but if it had to be exactly what is on the ZDS website that is fine. The "Z" Difference: [login to view URL] if possible we'd like the look and and feel to be alter and match our website but if it had to be this exactly, that would be fine. About Us: Content to be developed, but our contact info will be present. Place Order: A page where a visitor can fill out 10 or so field (several of which are drop downs or choices provided, and those answers will be emailed to us. No ecommerce needed. Lastly, I would like a Live Chat function at the top of right of the page. I would hope that we could turn it off and on as we are at home. I was hoping that a simple plug in would be possible. If this isn't possible, its not a requirement. I look forward to seeing you anyone can help.
