Develop Wordpress Theme / With Plugins

I have a blogs that I want to start, but I can't find a template that suits what I need. I also don't have the time or energy or desire to do it myself. This is where you come in. I have used Artisteer to create a layout that is "Sort Of" in the direction I need to go, but there are additional things I need my blog to do that Aristeer cannot/won't do. So My preference woudl be to hire a developer to take my overall theme and build into it the additional components that I need. Specifically, I need to be able to do the following: - Allow people to upload photos, which are then approved/rejected by an admin. I don't want people to have to register to upload. I am aware of "User Submitted Content" plugin, but apparently its broken on Wordpress 3.1. Related to this, I need the followign customizations to any content uploaded: Also I found that this tool is very cumbersome to approve uploads, so I hope for an easier workflow process. - Easily share individual posts/content on facebook twitter etc. - Minimize the extra BS text, just the basics. - The entire post should be just a photo, I don't care about text. The only Text I would want associated with the photo would be Title and Description. - Allow people to comment. - I need the ability to custom code the headers and sidebars to allow me to easily inject Google Adsense code into it. - I need to be able to add categories without redesigning the site. - I need it so that only the most recent 3-4 posts display, and any older posts have a page navigation systems. - I need to be able to make minor tweaks to it as necessary should I want to create a new/similar blog for another subject matter at a later date -- Or -- Contract with you to make those changes for me. I set the budget for this pretty low, but it is flexible since I don't know what a realistic expectation is for this type of deal. Thank you.
