CMS webpage Database for my existing website (This is a website page for students of school to upload their pictures and profiles

On our existing website (php. format) I am looking for someone to develop a static website page with links for schools to promote their students and potential employers to be able to go on the site and see the profiles of potential students or Alumni; thus allow students and graduates to get hired. When someone goes to our website, they will click a portal and it will take them to: 1. A listing of all the U.S. States 2. When they click a state then they will see the cities in that state 3. When they click a city then they will see the schools in that city. 4. When they click a school, then they can see student profiles of students at that school. The student profiles will show their major, year they graduate, resume, photo and other information. This will be a CMS web page will be added to our website. The CMS will allow school the ability to go in and make changes to their pages. Things like Color, Header, student information, give awards, communicate and email profiles to employers. I will send information concerning all features. This should be a fairly easy and quick project
