Clean up code on two Sites

This is a simple task for a coder to clean up the code on two site. I nearly managed it myself. [[login to view URL]][1] has good code although google is finding it difficult to pick up the formatting as it caches the page without it. I have attached a picture and you can see from the site it is there ok. [[login to view URL]][2] when run off a desktop machine the code shows fine but when you opload to the site then it loses the style format so needs cleaning up. Again I have attached a picture of how it should look. Would also like for the border to be thin black all round and the colour of the background to be the lilac shown on left and right on top and bottom not the white as currently shown. Changes need to be applied to all pages on both sites although I presume when you change the style sheet then it should work for all the pages (but not sure) not just the homepage.
