First we need the following design implemented in a template it must work functionally in a CMS where we would be able to go in and change any mods etc. The web template must look EXACTLY like the picture provided. The picture is the home page. It includes a Flash Rotator where we can include main stories must work in joomla so we can change the flash rotator very easily on our own and the flash rotator MUST look like the template the entire template must look exactly like the picture as stated here are the features we need along with the template transfer to a CMS: -Template Transfer to a CMS -Flash Rotator that can link to a news story within the site -The Latest news module needs to look exactly like it does in the template and be able to be updated easily -Have VBulletin and shopping cart linked via one login -We need a team builder where people can create a team of four this way when they register for an event they invite people to there team until they have a complete team of four so we know who is on there team -coppermine photo gallery -VBulletin, Coppermine, and Shopping cart need to be integrated into the website -Transfer all existing PHPBB members and topics to VBulletin -A featured videos mod that will allow us to put featured videos from our Clipshare onto that If this is successful we have a lot of sites that need to be created and the pay will increase dramatically if this project is successful Max budget: $500
