Convert XHTML/CSS Template to Miva Merchant

I have a standard template coded to current XHTML/CSS standards and I need it converted to a template that will work inside of Miva Merchant. The layout does not need to be changed other than to accommodate Miva's requirements. ## Deliverables Please just keep in mind that the main objective is to convert the template I provide to you into a format that works perfectly with Miva Merchant 5.5. The converted template must retain the XHTML/CSS standards that it currently holds so that the pages where the template is used still pass XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS standards per the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
