Corrupted section (moodle)

Hi I have moodle --was working perfectly for 2 years; then suddenly the front page was missing few html blocks. Apparently the section is corrupted and some changes must be done with phpadmin (I am not very familiar) Not sure but I might have the answer through moodle forum at ? ? <[login to view URL]> Take a look at it and let me know if you could fix this issue (corrupted section) accordingly.
