capsule crm developer/ help with creating a database out of data

Hi, I need to solve a problem I have. The product I sell works like this. User purchases on paypal, User fills in form which consists of the details needed to provide service. Information on form gets imported into capsule CRM. Capsule will then show me NAME, URL and KEYWORD From here I am stuck. So the service I sell , I have a network of domains. I charge a fee to place the Buyers link on each of my sites. There is a total of 50 domains The user is permitted up to 2 url and 2 keywords. The user will get 1 link on each of my sites. Links are to be added 2 per day until complete. I need to find a way to track this process the easiest possible way. I would like the information in capsule to somehow get exported into a database (which is hosted online) I would like my worker to be able to log in each day and have clear instructions of the work to be done each day. eg, BOB L - 14th december 2011 - ADD "URL" "KEYWORD" to [login to view URL] or somethign very easy to follow. I want this process to be randomised. eg- For each client I do not want to follow the same path in which links are created. Please submit suggestions and price range in proposal. I am open to the best ideas. Damien
