design need for russian lawyer directory

I need new idea and design for the site. It should be PSD for few pages: site home page, section home page( courts, law firms, etc..), category listing (ex - law firms by area), search page and details. Site will contain sections: courts, police, city government, law firms, security firms, Notaries. 2 banner position (for google adwords) will be available on each page. Please, include mockup for section HP and category listing to the bid.
