AutoSurf script edits

i need a few edits done on my script Edit #1 my current script when you request cashout it does not send me any emails informing me of cashout Edit #2 this one will be difficult to explain so dont be afraid to ask any questions. my payouts are issued by dates a person upgrades that is how i want it set up currently it shows me all members over the minium cashout BUT what i wanted is it to show me ONLY the members that had their upgrades expire By The date or before the date i choose. so in other words their should be a extra place on the payout page that will allow me to enter any date i choose and it will show me only upgrades that ended on or before that date if they have enough to cover the minium payout ammount assigned by us. Edit #3 the ref commissions script has an error i wanted to set ref earnings to 1% and even though it is listed as 1% it pays the member 24% of their downlines upgrades. Time and price will help me decide who i choose i have included sample of files i use so you can get the idea of how my scripts work
