Changing Front Page Color of My Site

I am looking for CSS expert to change the color of the front page of my site. You can get the css file from the header class and Top navigation. To see this click on class editor, and search for it. REMEMBER: YOU ARE ONLY TO CHANGE COLORS. Remember also not to select color that conflict with background or hover, etc.
