DESIGN-need my company logo put on tshirt gang sheet

i need a print gang sheet in a file form so i can sumit to the printing company. ucan look at thier web site for particular submition requirements to c if u can do.{[login to view URL] dot com]. u will have to duplicate my logo and add some simple words as the other designs. i will be using the xlarge sheet so there will be a few words to fill the sheet out. thanks for ur time.
