Small photoshop project

We need to incorporate a billboard into a background image that will serve as a place holder for a promotional video, which will require a space of 1280 x 720 into which we need to put our video. The billboard should be placed on the left upper part of the background image as if it was positioned on the side of the road and should NOT be skewed in perspective, but be square so that the space for the video is rectangular. You can see the examples of the billboard as well as the background image that it needs to go on. The billboard examples are just that - examples because we couldn't find one that was simple and that meets the size criteria mentioned above.
