As I understand this, the role requires someone adept in market research, competitive analysis and strategic development. In my past roles as a product manager and product management consultant at multiple global SaaS US based high growth startups and management trainee at a Big 4 Consulting Firm, I've been closely involved in the above R&D and consulting efforts to drive successful strategies. Even though the JD does talk about educational qualifications that gravitate towards Chemistry/BioChemistry, I feel I am a good fit for the role merely based on the value that I think I can add.
