Mechanical engineer with 20+ years experience in parts design, tools design, automation machines design. Currently using Solidworks 2014. I will need some additional info, if you award this project to me. Router usually cuts with a finger of diameter from 2-3 to 8 mm (its diameter depends on sheet material type and it thickness). This should be taken into account, when creating the drawings (and dxfs). The best is to ask the manufacturer (owner of the routing machine) for the material loss during cutting process.
