Hello, I have read with interest your posting about your plastic product. I am avery experienced Product Designer with a mechanical bias and substantial experience in innovative design in plastics. I use Solidworks and cover the requirements you have listed. I am certainly able to assist you in taking your product through the process to reach production, as I have carried out this exercise several times. I would give you 3D CAD models so that you can inspect it from all angles. We could discuss and make modifications until the design is right. I detail all features for parting line, avoiding sink marks, draft angles, textures, colours, materials, hardness, etc. I issue mechanical CAD files in formats that the manufacturers and prototype makers are able to input directly into their systems.
