Custom Online Scheduler WordPress plugin

I need a custom WordPress plugin as a backend scheduler (not visible to public) - check the attached. The scheduler should contain info about the name/brand/model of the vehicle, work order No., status and additional notes. Please include the word "SUNSHINE" in your reply. Another part of the scheduler should also contain info about future appointments (also backend - not visible to the public). Once the status of the vehicle is "DONE" or "COMPLETE" info should be automatically be visible to the public on a specific page of the site. Something like "Vehicle 1 - completed". The info should be visible to the public on the site page until the admin removes it, which he will after the vehicle is returned to the customer. The example of info the scheduler should contain are shown in the excel file attached.
