Eleven years’ experience, in planning and site constructions of huge civil works in various projects such as cement plants, tanks, residential buildings, malls, and Hotels, as well as preparing and review tender documents and evaluate tendering. Held a Master Degree in Construction Project Management, Faculty of Engineering, Alex. University As Senior Planning Engineer, my tasks as follows: • Preparation of the integrated master schedules for all projects as per contract. • Creating fully detailed time schedule to monitor and track progress. • Performing resource loading and leveling “man-hours, machine hours, quantities" to the schedule using Primavera and developing the histograms. • Cost loading the baseline to generate the cash flow diagrams. • Responsible for updating the time schedules. • Monitor projects progress and the critical activities day by day to ensure provide his superior with timely delivery feedback of key milestones and deliverables. • Responsible for prepare Claims Analysis and Time impact analysis study • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Prepare official letters in both Arabic and English language included but not limited to delay notice letters for engineering approval, project process, delay activities, payment, etc. • Creating narrative reports and issue weekly/monthly progress reports to client and internally. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Corresponding with the client to meet his needs. • Attend meetings with the clients, contractors, and consultants and issuing all necessary correspondences. • Managing / coordinating /supporting my juniors planning team.
