Billing data support #7

Hello, I have a dialer system to which I need to add billing data support. These data are used to maintain balance accounts real time. System will support prepaid and postpaid billing systems. Billing data need to be incorporated to each call detail record. System python web based GUI will also need to be updated in include these billing data update. Billing method is based on the minimum and increments method. More information available to bidders. Thanks
